Graduated: 1983 - Edinburgh & Strathclyde.
The firm's senior partner and longest serving member of the team, having moved from Edinburgh to join the firm in 1984.
Has overseen the growth of the firm over the years since becoming senior partner in 1991.
Currently the Dean of the Moray Faculty of Solicitors, deals primarily with Residential Purchase & Sale, Wills, Power of Attorney & Executries, Commercial Work, Practice Management and general chamber work.
A family man, with three children, whose main interests focus on sports and fitness, travel, music and literature. He is actively involved in a number of local organisations.
Graduated: 1984 - Aberdeen.
Moved from Edinburgh to join Cooper Laing in 1992. Transferred as a partner to Wink and Mackenzie when the two firms amalgamated in 1998.
Specialises in Residential and Commercial Property work, Partnerships, Small Businesses and private client work including Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts and Executries and IHT planning.
Past Chairman of the Moray Solicitors Property Centre, Chairman of the Moray Sports Project Funds Committee, Board Member and Legal Adviser to Give Them a Sporting Chance.
Married with a teenage son. A sports enthusiast with particular interest in rugby, golf, cricket and skiing. A past Youth Convener and current youth Coach at Moray Rugby Club.
Past President of the Rotary Club of Elgin, Secretary to the Highland and Moray Watsonian Club.

Specialising in Family Law and Court related work.
Company Secretary to Moray Leisure Limited since 1998.
Married to Ian Davidson with teenage son.
Interests include swimming, skiing, rugby, cricket, cooking and travel.
Graduated: 2010 - Aberdeen.
Lauren joined Wink and Mackenzie in 2011 having graduated with a first class degree in Law from the University of Aberdeen in 2010.
Lauren’s areas of interest include residential purchases and sales, powers of attorney, commercial transactions, wills and executries.
A keen fitness enthusiast, Lauren enjoys gym classes and competing in various long distance running competitions.
Lauren takes an active interest in local community events has the role of law ambassador for a local secondary school.
Graduated: 2011 – University of Edinburgh.
Neil joined Wink and Mackenzie in 2013 and qualified in 2015.
Neil's areas of interest include Residential Purchase & Sale, Wills, Commercial Work and Power of Attorney & Executries.
Outside work Neil enjoys playing and watching football, travel and music.
