Marinello
Graduated: 1983 - Edinburgh & Strathclyde
The
firm's senior partner and longest serving member of the team,
having moved from Edinburgh to join the firm in 1984. Has
overseen the growth of the firm over the years since becoming
senior partner in 1991. Formally the firms Court Partner and
now deals primarily with Estate Agency, Residential Purchase
& Sale, Trust & Executries, Practice Management and general
chamber work.
A
family man, with three children, whose main interests focus
on sports and fitness, travel, music and literature. He is
actively involved in a number of local organisations.

MacDonald
Graduated: 1975 - Dundee
Joined
the firm in 1990 as a chamber practitioner bringing with him
a wealth of experience in matters legal and otherwise. Deals
with Estate Agency, Residential Purchase & Sale, Executries,
Commercial and Domestic Leasing and Wills. A former Master
Mariner retaining an active interest in all matters nautical.

to Anderson's Residential Home (Elgin); Secretary to Aberlour
Angling Association; Legal Advisor to Grantown on Spey Angling

Married. Main interests - angling, computers and travel.

Davidson
Graduated: 1984 - Aberdeen.
Moved
from Edinburgh to join Cooper Laing in 1992 and transferred,
as a partner, when the two firms amalgamated in 1998. Specialising
in Licensing and Commercial property law, in addition to Trust
and Executry, Estate Agency, Residential Purchase & Sale
and Leasing.
Past
Chairman of the Moray Solicitors Property Centre; Legal advisor
to Elgin Town Centre Development Trust.; Legal Advisor to
Crossroads (Moray); Secretary of the Highland Watsonian Club;
Member of the Moray Sport Project Team.
Married
with one young son. Enthusiastic about sports, particulary
rugby, cricket, golf, skiing and running. Keen member of Elgin
Rotary Club.

Scott
Graduated: 1981 - Aberdeen.

the firm in 2001 as a Consultant having been Senior Court
Partner at another Elgin based firm since 1986. Specialising
in all aspects of court work including divorce, employment
law, personal injury and courts martial.

Property
and Estate Agency.
Our
property Manageress, Linda Rattray, heads up our dedicated
Estate Agency department based at our town centre Property
Shop at 35 High Street, Elgin. Linda, a former branch manager
for a National Estate agency, has a wealth of marketing experience
and with her assistants, including Wendy Creaney, ensures
the pro-active marketing of our clients' properties by our
entire team.

Reception
Ann
Battram is our chief receptionist at our office at The Old
Station, Maisondieu Road, Elgin. Ann will be the first person
you speak to at Wink & Mackenzie.

Paralegals
The partners are ably assisted by an experienced team of qualified
paralegal staff who have all undergone legal training provided
both in-house and through degree long courses with Strathclyde
University. All secretarial staff who join the firm are encouraged
to complete similar vocational courses so that they have a comprehensive
knowledge of the work with which they are involved and are able
to work within the team framework we have established over the
years.

Cashroom
Our cashroom team consists of our Cashier, Mrs. Catherine Jacklin
and her assistant Anne Hepburn. Between them they oversee a
very busy cashroom which is served by the latest computer technology
to ensure smooth, efficient and prompt transfer of funds both
to and from clients and all business contacts. In this current
age of electronic bank transfers our team are able to ensure
the fastest transmission times technology will allow.
